Whether in individual coaching sessions or leadership development classes, Jack leads people to identify self-defeating behaviors and helps them make powerful choices to achieve their goals. With his perceptive insights into human nature and his ability to relate to people on spiritual and emotional levels, Jack inspires individuals and organizations to change and grow by asking masterful questions and holding them accountable for their actions.

Jack trains and coaches individuals in the art of self-awareness and personal growth, and has done so for more than 25 years.

His specialty is leadership development and executive coaching. He is proficient in needs assessment, formulating solid action plans, influencing effective solutions, designing and implementing complete training programs, and building effective teams. Jack, an ordained minister and a published author, holds a second-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and a BS in Education. He is a member of American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) and the International Association of Coaches (IAC).

As a master certified trainer for The Coaching Clinic©, Jack brings his unique talents, skills, and abilities to a widely diverse audience of organizations locally, nationally, and internationally. As a certified Life Coach© and Self-Talk© trainer, Jack utilizes his motivational psychology skills to guide individuals in finding inspiration, creativity, and energy inside themselves to live the life they were truly meant to live.
