The use of the tools and documents located in the LQ Solutions Vault is covered under the terms and conditions of a certain LICENSING AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) that has been agreed to and executed by you or a representative of your company and LQ Performance Strategies. Assess It to Address It

When we want to revise how we do business, improve a process, or change a behavior assessments are the right tool for clearly understanding where we stand today before setting out on a new course.

Assessments help us identify gaps in knowledge, comprehension, and  skills to determine what kind of training will meet the needs identified by an assessment. Assessments are also an effective way to provide in-class feedback to participants as they integrate new concepts and skills. Assessments can take on many forms, be it a quiz, knowledge-checker, exam, or survey they are a strong tool for driving the transfer of information and understanding from the instructor to participants.

When results of an assessment are shared they can validate and guide the direction of training and development. The results also support clearly defined outcomes for the individual and the organization well in advance of extensive effort being made in other areas of training and development. Assessments such as a 360 analysis provides feedback about individuals, thereby removing assumptions about perceived versus actual performance.
