Methodology

The Solutions Vault is your library of training and development solutions specifically geared for adult learners. When we are young children we learn in very different ways than when we are adults. Key differences are based on the knowledge we have gained through life experience. Your LQ team creates rich content with activities designed to engage adult learners and energize the facilitator. The content you will find in the Solutions Vault supports visible retention, lasting behavior change and on-the-job application to deliver measurable improvement.

Check out the details below to learn more about the methodology that guides our development of the content you will find in the Solutions Vault, and thank you for taking time to get to know LQ.
