The word ’strategy’ is from the Greek stratēgiā, which means ‘office of a general’ which itself comes from the Greek word stratēgos, meaning ‘general’. The military roots of the word ’strategy’ and the actions taken to fulfill a strategy can be viewed as a battle for success in business and in life. The Solutions Vault is a resource for fighting against apathy, disengagement, and low performance by providing the tools and techniques needed to achieve greater personal and professional results.

Our Strategy

Apply adult learning principles in conjunction with activity based training and development methods to engage and empower employee groups and individuals to achieve visible results in their pursuit of personal and professional success.

We created the Solutions Vault to reach a broader audience so we might empower more individuals and organizations to realize the greatness that resides within. Whether is it through a subtle change or a rapid influx of new knowledge and skills, it is our hope that each person discovers new strength and personal fulfillment as a result of the training available through the Solutions Vault.
