| Snapshot: When we talk about leadership communication it is a bit different than general communication. The reason it is different is it can have a greater impact on the bottom line results of an organization. The ability to share your vision, create understanding, gain buy-in, and rally support are just a few of the things a leader must do to create powerful communication – that is, communication that moves the organization forward in a strategic manner. This session invites participants to recognize and apply proven techniques that make leadership communication a powerful tool for driving change and reinforcing core values. |

This item will be part of the session as participants work to create a clear and valuable message. Participants will also want to ready in advance, 7 Types of Leadership Stories – 2 Pages and bring to the session if possible. |
