The use of the tools and documents located in the LQ Solutions Vault is covered under the terms and conditions of a certain LICENSING AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) that has been agreed to and executed by you or a representative of your company and LQ Performance Strategies. The Agreement contains important information concerning the use of these materials. Below is a brief overview of the basic terms of use. Please refer to the entire Agreement for full details of permitted uses.

Allowable Uses

Individual Member – Content may only be used by Member. Content may only be duplicated by Member and only for use by Member with Member’s client.
Master Corporate Member - Any employee of Master Corporate Member Company may use content for the purpose of developing employees of Master Corporate Member Company. Master Corporate Member may also grant access to its clients for the purposes of the developing employees of client companies.
Corporate Member – Any employee of Member Company may use content for the sole purpose of developing employees of Member Company.
Recipient of Access from Master Corporate Member – Recipient company is considered Corporate Member and has same rights.

Members may modify materials for their use so long as all copyright information remains on all pages of materials prepared for distributions, presentations, etc.
Not Allowable

Members may not duplicate all or part of materials for sale without the express written consent of LQ Performance Strategies.
Members may not duplicate or reproduce materials for distribution to any individual or group not employed by the Member Company (i.e. vendors, clients, advisors, etc.) without the express written consent of LQ Performance Strategies.
No part of these materials is to be duplicated in any other form not expressly granted in the Agreement without the express written consent of LQ Performance Strategies.
Upon expiration or termination of Membership, all rights and permissions for use granted under Agreement are immediately terminated and use shall cease immediately.

How many people from my organization can create a profile when I purchase a corporate membership?
• Unlimited within your organization

Can I just purchase the content or do I need to be a member?
• You must be a member to use the Solutions Vault – it offers so much more than content

Are the training sessions developed for self-paced learning?
• Currently, all sessions are designed as instructor-led
• We are in the process of adding suggestions on how to use the sessions one-on-one

How do I know where to look for the training sessions I need?
• You can use the search feature by entering key words

What is the value of using the articles and quotes on the Solutions Vault site?
• All of your training needs are in one place – the articles and quotes are an added value
• The articles are summarized so it’s easy to know key points, with access to full article

How do we become part of the Member Spotlight?
• Solutions Vault personnel select an existing member to be featured
• As a member, send an email to svpartnersupport@lqstrategies.com requesting to be featured

How does the member forum work?
• Members are able to talk with other members to gain from each other’s experience

Where does the content originate?
• From books, website articles, experienced trainers, past trainings, stories, theories, etc.

Are there any usage limitations (e.g. number of downloads per organization/location, etc)?
• Once you are a member, there are no limitations to what you download
