Solutions Vault User Guide
So, you’re wondering how the Solutions Vault works, well here goes.
- Become a Solutions Vault Member
- Log in and select the training solution that meets your needs
- Download your content selection and print when you’re ready to use
These three steps outline the on-demand methods of accessing training and development solutions from the Solutions Vault. In the event you would like to customize the training before you print, you can. Yes, it’s that simple.
So let’s take a closer look at these steps…
Step 1: Become a Solutions Vault Member by contacting LQ Performance Strategies at 1.888.849.0870. Your LQ Team is here to help you create the best results possible for your organization.
Step 2: Logging into the Solutions Vault can be done any time, from anywhere. All you need is internet access and you’re good to go. Training and development solutions are loaded into the vault into four categories we call our Centers of Excellence (CE):
1. Leadership CE: Critical skills for those involved in leading and developing people.
2. Sales CE: Essential skills for those working in a sales capacity.
3. Service CE: Ideal for those who work directly with customers.
4. Core Skills CE: Broad topics such as Time Management and Teamwork.
Step 3: Downloading your content selection is simple and available in two formats.
The 1st file format is a secure PDF which is excellent for sending content straight to print.
Using the PDF ensures printing margins, and other production values are not affected by different printer or computer settings.
While the training programs are printed in color, we realize you may want to print the Participant Guide or Leader Guide in black and white. With so many printers, settings, and parameters the best way to keep the integrity of the program is to print the PDF file. If you make edits to the look and feel of the content, perhaps to align with your organizations style guidelines, we recommend saving your changes to the PowerPoint in a PDF version before printing in black and white.
So, what does this mean for Select, Print, Train? The process is unchanged, if you want to print in color and do not plan on revising the program materials, then you are all set to print the PDF in color. The variables we cannot control are how specific printer settings affect PowerPoint colors, margins, and gradient color-fills. This is where the PDF file secures the content and keeps the process simple and fast.
As you know we are here to help, so if you are in need of assistance, you can contact Your LQ Team for assistance. We may not be able to offer technical printing support, however we can work to address editing and formatting questions you may have.
The 2nd format is to download files in the original MS Word or PowerPoint file type.
This allows you to edit the colors, revise fonts, and make the solution reflect your organization. After editing, we recommend saving the file in a PDF format before printing to ensure your revisions will be secured regardless of printer or computer settings.
