The use of the tools and documents located in the LQ Solutions Vault is covered under the terms and conditions of a certain LICENSING AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) that has been agreed to and executed by you or a representative of your company and LQ Performance Strategies. The Agreement contains important information concerning the use of these materials. Below is a brief overview of the basic terms of use. Strategic Planning
Most companies can say they have a strategic plan for growth and reaching their goals. Companies that separate themselves from the rest, however, are those who use the business plan as a working document. From the SWOT analysis to daily and weekly metrics or KPI’s – LQ Strategies works with leadership teams to develop, implement and execute a process that covers all aspects of a strategic plan in order to reach your desired business goals. LQ teaches leadership teams how to develop a plan, implement the plan, adjust the plan, and then measure and monitor the plan on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to ensure the success of the plan.

Coaching
Kirkpatrick’s model and methodologies for evaluating effectiveness of training does work for certain situations and has been a standard in the training industry for decades. Assessments
