The use of the tools and documents located in the LQ Solutions Vault is covered under the terms and conditions of a certain LICENSING AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) that has been agreed to and executed by you or a representative of your company and LQ Performance Strategies. An accomplished senior executive and visionary leader with a passion for achieving results, David pairs his talent for executing creative business development strategies with proven tactics. He identified and cultivated record breaking revenue growth and profitability within a range of competitive domestic and international markets. Featured on Inside Indiana Business, and the subject of an article in eWeek magazine, he also received a Growth 100 Award from the IU Kelley School of Business.

His comprehensive background spans a multitude of industries that have included health care, technology, consumer goods, telecommunications, financial, and many other sectors. During the earlier years of his career, David applied his strong financial and analytical expertise, combined with versatile business development and sales abilities, to excel within the product marketing and performance management fields. Working for companies that included Mellon Bank, Ernst & Young, and Citibank, David acquired a keen understanding of cross-functional business operations and enterprise solutions.

As he progressed in his career, David went on to hold leadership roles with multimillion to billion dollar IT and telecommunications organizations working as Director of European Product Marketing, Vice President of Regional Sales, and CEO. David specializes in developing and executing aggressive growth strategies, streamlining processes, and refining key performance measures in order to create lasting results. Through learning and development he has been recognized throughout his career for delivering sound leadership and guidance, and has assisted companies that range from small private venture firms to established billion dollar organizations.

David has played an instrumental role in supporting companies in achieving specific goals and applies his skills to drive leadership in the learning and development arena. By analyzing and refining business processes and operations, and building well-trained teams, David supports the success of every client. Not content to win second place, David knows the way to first-place results is through learning and development aligned with specific and measurable goals.

April is at her best when evaluating training needs, designing and implementing training initiatives, re-energizing sales organizations, and directing day-to-day operations.  Thoroughly familiar with adult educational development, April expands key accounts, and formulates innovative forms of training. April has been directly responsible for identifying production deficiencies, introducing products and services, creating promotions, and improving customer service.

As a resourceful problem solver and intuitive decision-maker, April is able to analyze situations rapidly and cut through non-essentials to reveal the core challenge. April can quickly identify project milestones, establish quality controls, and align solutions with the needs of multiple audiences. Her ability to oversee an entire project or to collaborate within a team allows her to consistently deliver results that directly benefit organizational profitability.

April is a graduate of Ball State University and a member of the local chapter of the American Society of Training and Development (CIASTD). Post graduate studies include communication and facilitation, which utilize her passion for adult education. April resides in Noblesville with her daughter Danielle.

A graduate of Indiana University School of business, Mike Lantz is a member of the National Speakers Association and the International Coach Federation. Mike is a dynamic speaker whose cutting-edge strategies for success have proven that by recognizing your own abilities and building upon them, anyone can achieve their “perfect life.” Mike has excelled in life by implementing what he has learned through his own success and by practicing life-long learning through course work and the study of today’s business leaders.

Mike has been featured on NBC, CBS, ABC, Inside Indiana Business and on FOX’s morning show “Building a Better You.” He has been profiled in such publications as Indiana Business Journal, Indianapolis Monthly, Indianapolis Star and Image Magazine. While honored to be a respected member of the business community, if you ask him, his greatest accomplishment in life is his amazing family. Mike is married to Julie and they have five children Mackenzie, Jackson, Mason, Madeline and Josie.

phoenix2Phoenix R. Cavalier: Director, Web Content and Instructional Design
Phoenix brings nearly nine years experience in training and instructional design where he has served the retail, banking, telecommunications, heavy equipment, and pharmaceutical industries. During this time he has empowered more than 2,800 employees through his experience in client relations, project management, banking, customer service and sales. While working with Telamon in Indianapolis, he designed, developed, and facilitated nationwide training initiatives for Verizon, Motorola, and Qwest, and managed training for federal policies affecting Indiana state and local municipalities.

Phoenix is skilled at creating experiential training designed to quickly translate classroom learning to visible behavior change in the workplace. His experience in the learning and development industry includes public speaking, training, instructional design, client relations, marketing and brand management. Phoenix pairs his professional background with adventurous life experience gained from living in Los Angeles, San Francisco, the Napa Valley, Australia, and Indianapolis combined with travel to Europe, South America and the Netherlands. This range of experiences is a deep well which allows him to recognize and respond to the learning needs of diverse employee groups with ease.

Tom Richardson: Director of Training & Coaching
Tom’s 30-year career has included experience as a coach, trainer, administrator, recruiter, insurance executive, speaker and motivator. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee and a master’s degree from Vanderbilt University. He has earned the insurance designations of CLU, ChFC and LUTCF. He is a Certified Training Consultant (CTC) as well as a Certified Fitness Trainer. His coaching certifications include business and personal coaching, sales coaching, as well as retirement coaching.

Tom is an active member of Toastmasters International and was selected as one of the top eight speakers in the world in international speech contests. He also holds the Distinguished Toastmaster designation, the highest recognition of toastmasters. He is an active member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) and the International Coach Federation (ICF). Tom and his wife Cathy have five children and six grandchildren

debhartmayDebra Hart-May: Instructional Designer
Debra Hart May has more than twenty years’ experience in business communications consulting, professional speaking, and instructional design and development. Founder and president of the Center for Effective Communication, Inc. (established 1992), she designs instructional materials and creates cost-effective performance-improvement solutions for dozens of clients in the health care, pharmaceutical, banking and federal government industries.
Debra’s education includes a B.A. in English from Northwestern University, and a M.S. in Education: Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University. She is regularly selected to coach one-on-one and facilitate training workshops in the areas of business writing, presentation skills, and other interpersonal communication skills.

Debra has served as president of the Indianapolis Chapter of the International Society for Performance Improvement and is currently serving on the board of directors for the Association of Professional Communication Consultants. Debra has authored two books titled Proofreading Plain & Simple, and Everyday Letters for Busy People published by Career Press, Franklin Lakes, New Jersey (1997 and 1998 respectively).

Bonnie brings with her more than 10 years experience in the areas of instructional design, facilitation, coaching and management. She has created courses and curricula that have focused on both technical training as well as sales, leadership and management training.

Bonnie has attained her certification in Criterion-Referenced Instruction from the Center for Effective Performance, thereby placing particular focus on linking performance objectives to the training she designs and delivers. She has been an integral part of training initiatives including the development of business unit-specific sales training, new hire computer training, management-level coaching and leadership training.

Bonnie earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University School of Business, with a concentration in marketing. In addition to her CRI certification, she has also been certified as an instructor in Skills for an Empowered Workforce by Development Dimensions International. She has been active in both the American Society for Training and Development as well as the International Society for Performance Improvement.

Bonnie resides in Carmel, Indiana with her family and enjoys running, playing tennis and taking an active role in her most important training endeavor… raising two children!

Susan is an experienced and successful Organizational Development Consultant, Leadership Coach, Facilitator and Instructional Designer. With more than 18 years of business and Human Resource Management, Susan brings an array of knowledge and experience solving human relation and interaction challenges in the corporate climate to her work. Her corporate experience includes successful Human Resource Leadership roles.

Susan is a creative, big picture thinker who gets the job done and has fun doing it. Her passion stems from helping people and teams achieve personal greatness. She has been a standout in Human Resources Leadership, Training & Development and Organization Development for Roche Diagnostics and Charles Schwab & Co. Included in her accomplishments were the development and delivery of a premier Leadership Assessment and Development Center, a Training Initiative for high potential individual contributors, and Vision and Values Strategic Leadership Training and implementation for the Senior Leadership Team.

In addition to Executive Coaching and Leadership Development, Susan also lends her talents and experience to developing and facilitating large and small team building initiatives. Her work ranges from strategic planning with small teams to conducting creative and engaging collaboration sessions for more than 800 employees.

Susan holds degrees in Psychology and Computer Science and her Masters Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She is formally trained and well tested in leadership and management development, team building, training design and delivery and coaching. Susan’s successes include development of new manager orientations, leadership assessments, new product launches and leadership retreats.
